P&P and Returns
I will pack and post your item within 48 hours of payment.

It will be posted from my home in France by Priority La Poste postage (which is simular to Air Mail in the UK).

Delivery takes approx 3 to 6 working day (weekends not included) to the UK and Europe, approx 5 to 10 working day to America and approx 9 to 21 working days to Australia. (weekends not incuded in delivery times)

I will not be posting at the weekend or bank holidays.

If these times change I will inform you before I post.

If you are wanting your order for a special date, please email me before purchase to make sure postage will be available.

Please note this is my own business so I only carry a small stock. Most orders are made at the time of payment. If you are wanting a bulk purchase please let me know. I can then inform you if the delivery dates will differ from the information above.

When you check out through the payments page, you will be given an option to have your parcel delivered to your payments address or a different address. ie. work or neighbours address.

ALL items listed on this web site are free postage to the UK and Europe, so the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden costs.

And only £2.50 postage to USA and Australia

RETURNS

I accept returns for clothing unworn, unused, and in original condition. Sales on knit or crochet customized clothing or clothing outside of my standard sizes are (in most cases) final.

Returns must be shipped to me within 14 business days of receipt with items placed back into any interior packaging in which they were initially wrapped for protection. (Include any paper work with invoice number within parcel) Customs forms are to be marked "retour de marchandise" ("returned goods") with value marked as "N/A".
For items shipped within France, returns are to be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Any returns I accept will be for exchange, store credit or refund minus shipping and packaging costs. (I make this decision myself according to the item and to what went wrong.) Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Full refunds are only given for items lost or damaged in the mail that have been shipped with full insurance or in the off chance that I sent the incorrect item due to fault on my part.

I do not accept returns, make exchanges or give refunds without prior communication over 14 days. I pride myself on excellent customer service and am responsive to all communication I receive, so I urge buyers to take advantage of that. Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any full refund, a claim will be submitted with the postal authorities and photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Before returning any goods, please contact me stating order number and your name and address and I will give you the return details

New information added Jan 2012
New European rules:
Sections 9 and 10 of the European directive dealing with the right of withdrawal. France relies in this regard, the 1997 Directive which states that a remote purchaser has 7 days to retract when the property is in his possession. But in terms of consumer protection. The new EU directive is clear, from June 2011. The buyer will now have 14 days to retract the signifier to the merchant, and another 14 days to return the product.
